Board meetings are generally held on the last Sunday of each month at the Shafton Complex.
Meetings start at 6:30PM.

Board meeting date/time exceptions due to holidays:
January will have 2 meetings: 1st and last Sunday of the month
May will be the Sunday previous to last due to Memorial Day holiday
November will be the Sunday previous to last due to Thanksgiving holiday
December meeting cancelled due to Christmas holiday

All board meetings are open to the public and volunteers are needed / encouraged.
